Our consultants help their customers set up specific measurement tools and problem-solving methodologies, and identify optimum operating modes throughout the organistion in order to remedy dysfunctions.
This approach is applied primarily in analysis of the company’s support functions and operational activities.
It is a step-by-step approach that draws essentially upon collective grassroots intelligence and teamwork, and involves a series of fast, easy fixes that then become standard working practice. It also draws inspiration from the notions of operational efficiency, lean manufacturing (elimination of waste, meaning anything that does not create value) and process variability.
