What is ANPQP Training?

ANPQP (Alliance New Product Quality Procedure) is the common Renault and Nissan procedure covering the quality assurance activities required for purchased parts across the supply chain. ANPQP training has been developed for suppliers to understand the Renault-Nissan requirements from the initial project planning phase, through the start of and on-going production, to the end of product life.

We provide this training both in-company for groups and on a Public Training basis for individuals.

How does it work?

This 3 day training course is aimed at Renault and Nissan supplier representatives (project manager, quality assurance personnel, design engineers etc.) who require a sound understanding of ANPQP and the procedures and documents associated with it. The course is open to any organisation that is, or intends to, supply parts to the Renault-Nissan Alliance.

The training is delivered through a combination of both presentations and exercises on ANPQP and associated themes. It covers both Renault and Nissan specifics, and concludes with a test of understanding in the subject.
After these 3 days of training, candidates will be able to apply ANPQP and advise others in its application.

The training content is regularly updated to reflect the latest version of ANPQP, and is determined and authorised by Renault and Nissan.

The benefits

  • It is absolutely essential that supplier companies master this integrated project and quality system; this training provides individuals with the necessary skills to achieve this
  •  Training is delivered by ANPQP experts from the Renault-Nissan Alliance, to ensure a comprehensive understanding is gained by all trainees.
